Terms of service

By participating in our Verified Retailer Program and placing orders through our retailer portal, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Violation of any of these terms may result in suspension or removal from the Retailer Program at our discretion.

1. Prohibited Resale Channels

You may not resell any of our products on Amazon, or any other third-party online marketplace. Retailers are only permitted to resell through brick and mortar stores, their own websites representing their brick and mortar store, and conventions.

2. Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) Policy

You may not advertise or sell our products at more than 20% below the manufacturer’s suggested retail price (MSRP) without express written approval. All pricing must comply with our MAP policy. If you wish to run a deeper sale, please reach out to us at retailers@magpiegames.com for authorization.

3. Marketing Materials

When using any of our marketing materials (including but not limited to product images, logos, or descriptions), you must comply with our Retailer Art Packs: Uses and Restrictions.

4. Updates to Terms

These terms and conditions are subject to change at any time. We reserve the right to update this agreement as needed. Continued participation in the Retailer Program after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
